This graph is designed to represent the geographic and social networks between:
- Main Lihthuanian organized crime organizations and groups and their main personnel, that were active during the late Soviet and post-Soviet period (late 1980s – early 2000s).
- The detected connections to the other criminal networks in Lithuania and countries (post-Soviet and Western).
- The organized crime connection to the geographic territories and certain places (the graph of “criminal topography”).
- The connection between the “criminal field” to the other “fields” – such as sports, criminal prosecution system (as already mentioned – rare case in mass scale in post-Soviet Lithuania, as these connections were harshly targeted by the police and prevented from getting more than local influence).
